Initially, I was doubtful that Joshua would actually like Yoga. I thought I would try and introduce it to him anyway. I could not think of a better Yoga instructor than Tatjana. Knowing her background in working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum, it gave me an assurance that Joshua might actually learn Yoga. And he did! Not only is he learning to do Yoga, he is also enjoying it! Tatjana proves to be a great teacher using appropriate reinforcement to motivate Joshua to follow her instructions. Tatjana uses simple but effective communication to ensure that Joshua can follow her. Most importantly, Tatjana has been able to build a great rapport with Joshua. Yoga is now part of Joshua’s health and wellness routine. He looks forward to every session. – Marilen
My son is 9 years old and is on the autistic spectrum. Tatjana is a very warm, interesting, caring and enthusiastic person. She teaches yoga with much knowledge and passion. She has an infectious, playful spirit which inspires my son to participate fully in her class. The benefits I have seen in my son from taking yoga are better focus, attention and confidence building. As a mother of a child with special needs, Tatjana’s yoga classes come highly recommended. – Michelle
